LED（全稱：Light-Emitting Diode，發光二極管） 是一種能發光的半導體電子元件。

依運轉型式可分：公轉鍍鍋與公自轉鍍鍋。依擺放型式可分：正放式與背放式。正放式又可區分為兩腳型式、直丁式鍍鍋、或客製化型式。背放式又可區分為單層背放式與雙層背放式。依組立方式可分：一體成型、一分為三或是一分為四型式。依材質可分：SUS304 或 鈦材質鍍鍋。

碳化鎢/鎢鋼/Tungsten Carbide  碳化鎢，俗稱:鎢鋼，英文是 Tungsten Carbide ，也常被簡稱為Carbide (實際上carbide是碳化物的統稱)。當然除了碳跟鎢之外還加了鈷以及其他的合金材料以增加他的機械性能..鎢鋼的硬度很高，所以常用來做為切削刀具的材質。製造高硬度裝甲或穿甲彈彈芯，以及一些需要高硬度的運動器材零件，以及原子筆的筆尖圓珠等。鎢鋼一般是用粉末燒結的方式製成..將鎢粉末、碳黑粉末、用作結合劑的鈷金屬粉末以及其他合金粉末混合後，施以高壓，在高溫下燒結而成。碳化鎢的硬度極高，摩氏硬度為8.5～9，且熔點達到2870°C產品 : 頂針  用於晶圓分類機(Sorter)，使用方式為頂起晶粒(Chip)，供上方的吸嘴手臂吸取至要分類的區塊。產品 : 探針  用於晶圓點測機(Probe Test)，自動/半自動/手動機型，測試及點亮晶粒，測試晶粒電壓/電流/亮度是否符合規格。
